- Hae-In Namgung , PhD, RN is an Assistant Professor in the College of Nursing at Chosun University. Guided by the belief that nursing education should cultivate "thinking nurses" who notice, interpret, and act on patients' changing conditions, her research focuses on simulation education and scaffolding strategies that support new nurses' transition to practice. Drawing on her experience as a volunteer crisis counselor, she is also interested in the psychological trauma of early adults and in helping them transition into autonomous adulthood
